I really enjoy working on my headstands (Śīrṣāsana) and handstands (Adho Mukha Vṛkṣāsana). Some intermediate-level headstand variations I’m exploring include one-arm tripod headstand (Eka Bhuja Mukta Hasta Śīrṣāsana), and others I’m still discovering on my journey.
I absolutely love turning the world upside down—it gives me a fresh perspective and an incredible sense of focus and freedom!
Half on one forearm, half on one hand—this intermediate inversion fires up the core, stabilizes the shoulders, and brings a little mountain magic to your mat. Balance meets boldness.
